WASHINGTON, D.C., Feb. X, 2026 — Jennifer Brooks, Founder and CEO of Unlimited Expressions, has been selected as a Fellow for the 2025–2026 Wells Fargo Small Business Fellowship, an intensive venture and leadership development program powered by the Watson Institute.

The Wells Fargo Small Business Fellowship equips entrepreneurs across Washington, D.C., Chicago, and Baltimore with the training, capital connections, and network needed to grow their businesses and strengthen their communities. Participating Fellows are projected to collectively raise more than $5.2 million in capital, create more than 125 jobs, and positively impact more than 125,000 community members through the businesses they are scaling.

The fully funded fellowship is designed to strengthen local economies by equipping entrepreneurs with expert-led training, leadership development, access to capital networks, and long-term alumni support. The Wells Fargo Small Business Fellowship includes:

•Business & Leadership Workshops: Hands-on sessions focused on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and business strategy led by experienced entrepreneurs and industry practitioners.

•Mentorship & Capital Connections: Personalized mentorship from Watson Institute’s global network, along with introductions to potential investors, funders, and strategic partners.

•Basecamps: Opportunities for Fellows to design and lead 1–3 day workshops for emerging entrepreneurs, strengthening local business ecosystems.

•Compelling Storytelling: Pitch coaching and the opportunity to present business growth and community impact at Summit, a live networking and pitch event with investors, corporate partners, and business leaders.

Through this fellowship, Brooks will continue to expand the impact of Unlimited Expressions, a speech and language pathology practice dedicated to supporting children and families through culturally affirming, community-centered care. The organization provides pediatric therapy services, advocacy, and parent education designed to empower families navigating special education and developmental support systems. Through programs such as sensory play events, parent communities, and educational resources, Unlimited Expressions helps families build confidence and access the support their children need to thrive.

“Being selected for the Wells Fargo Small Business Fellowship is an incredible opportunity to strengthen the work we’re doing for families and children,” said Brooks. “This program will help us expand our reach, deepen our impact, and continue building resources and community for parents who are advocating for their children every day.”

“These entrepreneurs across Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and Chicago are not only small business owners—they are community leaders,” said Eric Glustrom, Founder and CEO of Watson Institute. “By equipping them with the training, connections, and support they need to scale, we’re helping them create lasting change for themselves and the people around them.”
